An Egyptian court sent the Koranic passage 2:256, stating that there is “No compulsion in religion” to the GARBAGE

CAIRO, Egypt: An Egyptian administrative court rejected today the case of an ex-Muslim converted to Christianity that requested to change his name and his religion from Muslim to Christian on his national identity card.

The verdict of the Egyptian court: A Muslim is not allowed to change his religion

In explaining their verdict, the judges declared that they were guided by the heavenly court better wisdom, to respect the order in which the three religions were revealed, Judaism, Christianity and then Islam as the final religion.  They interpreted this as heaven’s verdict, to allow the Jew and the Christian to convert to the (better and final) religion of Islam but not the other way around. 

The Judges went on and issued a very explicit warning, to Mohamed Hegazy, his wife and their lawyer, that going against the tide would provoke civil unrest and exacerbate emotions in the Egyptian society. [A coded veiled threat to Hegazy, his wife and Christians in general].

The panel of judges went on to explain that, “Freedom of religion doesn’t mean getting in and out of Islam to another religion, but only means that each person is free to practice his own religious rites,  and not playing games with Islam or contradicting the Sha’ria law.

For Westerners to realize the importance of changing the religion and the Muslim name in the national ID card, which may seem to many a non issue according to western standards-

1- If you get caught going to a church while your religion on your id is Muslim that could get you arrested, questioned and tortured. Many ex-Muslims didn’t come out alive from the hands of the security apparatus. The latest victim was a 27 years old woman, Mrs. Sherreen, mother of 2 children from Alexandria , Egypt. She died at the police station on January 3, 2008 after five hours of torture for refusing to renounce her Christian faith and come back to Islam.  As you read this, hundreds of ex-Muslims are in jails.

2- If your Christian religion is not specified on your ID, your children are automatically registered as Muslim in their birth certificate and they should follow mandatory Islamic “religion” indoctrination classes at school.

3- Egyptian law forbids a Muslim to marry in a Church.

4- An ex-Muslim convert to Christianity that still has Muslim as a religion on his id can still marry a Christian girl in a civil marriage, but they would be faced with the children assigned to Islam and required to go through mandatory Islamic education. Technically it is allowed since by (Islamic segregationist) laws a Muslim man can marry a Christian or a Jewish girl (Muslims like to boast about this as proof of Islam’s tolerance towards Jews and Christians). But a converted ex-Muslim woman cannot marry a Christian man as long as her religion is not changed on her id card. There are thousands of cases like that. Their only option is to leave the country to have a normal life.

5- To apply for any job, even as a street sweeper or a shoe shine position you have to state your religion on the job application. For a Muslim convert to Christianity to write down that he’s a Muslim just to match what’s on his id is equivalent to denying his faith. And if he tells the truth, he would be a target to the thugs looking to offer a sacrifice to their blood thirsty Allah.

Some may ask “what’s the importance of changing a name?”

Muslims and Christians are recognized by their name. So for someone to have Christian as a religion on his id with a Muslim name, that would expose him right away as an apostate and make him again a target to be killed by any one of Allah’s thugs.

Where an ex-Muslim succeed in changing his id from Muslim to Christian, whether legally or most of the time illegally through bribing civil servants and other means short of legally, either way, the convert has to leave his or her job and move to a different city where no one knows him so he can go to church, practice his faith and get a job without risking being recognized or arrested.  

In the case of a Muslim couple with kids, and only one of the parents converts to Christianity, by law they should divorce and the one that stayed Muslim would take, custody of kids (who are forced to stay Muslim) and house.  If it’s a Christian couple and one of the parents converts to Islam, then the kids become automatically Muslims. This is called in the Egyptian law, “The kids follow the parent with the better, or superior religion.”

Any Convert to Christianity has to go through all this upheaval, assuming he’s not killed first by Allah’s thugs or tortured and killed like an animal by the Wahabi infiltrated security apparatus.

According to the Sha’ria law, anyone can kill an apostate with no indemnity.  What most Westerners ignore is that no Islamic court would condemn a Muslim to death for killing a kaffer  (Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, or any non Muslim), since they’re already considered “the worst of creatures “ according to Koran 98:6. In other words, they’re not human beings equal to Muslims and their lives are not worth as much.

Mohamed Hegazy’s father, Abdu Hegazy, issued a statement to Al Arabiya channel stating “When I’ll meet my son, I will discuss with him the reasons and circumstances that ‘forced’ him to leave Islam, and will offer him the opportunity to come back to Islam, but in case he refuses, I will kill him immediately.”  He added “I will not back up from shedding his blood in broad daylight. I will be proud for killing him. I will only forgive him if he comes back to his religion, admits his wrong doing, and exposes the people that forced him to convert to Christianity.” [This is another usual coded veiled threat to Christians in Egypt, by insinuating they are the ones that “force” Muslims to convert.]

An Egyptian Muslim who converted to Christianity has gone into hiding, facing death threats after he launched an attempt to get official recognition of his change of religion, an unprecedented step in this conservative Islamic nation.

An Islamic cleric has vowed to seek Mohammed Hegazy's execution as an apostate, his family has shunned him, and Hegazy raised a storm of controversy when pictures of him posing for journalists with a poster of the Virgin Mary were published in the newspapers.

"They think I am crazy or something," the 25-year-old Hegazy said of his family, speaking to The Associated Press by phone from his hideout.

Hegazy made an unusual public splash because he sought to raise a court case to officially change his religion on his national ID card, likely the first time a Muslim-born convert has sought to do so in Egypt. His first lawyer filed the case, but then quit after the uproar [and numerous fatwas on his life], and his second is still considering whether it's worth pursuing the attempt.

Hegazy said he received death threats by phone before he went into hiding, in an apartment bare of furniture where he lives with his wife, who is also a convert from Islam and is four months pregnant. He would not say where the apartment was located.

"I know there are fatwas (religious edicts) to shed my blood, but I will not give up and I will not leave the country," Hegazy said.

There is no law on the books in Egypt against converting from Islam to Christianity, but in this case tradition trumps the law. Under a widespread interpretation of Islamic law, converting from Islam is apostasy and is punishable by death — though killings are rare and the state has never ordered or carried out an execution. [Yes, true, they ain't lying. They leave the killings to be done by Islamic thugs, an act of Allah administered by the police torture.]

Most Muslims who convert usually practice their new religion quietly, seeking to avoid attention, or flee the country to the West. In Egypt, at the very least they face ostracism by their families, but if their conversion becomes known they can receive death threats from militants, or harassment by police, who use laws against "insulting religion" or "disturbing public order" as a pretext to target them.

The overwhelming taboo against conversion (from Islam) has made even trying to get official recognition unthinkable, leaving it unknown if a court would accept it. Christians who become Muslims are able to get their new religion entered on their ID and face NO trouble from officials. Actually they get promoted, or get a new job in case they don’t have one, and other perks.

The issue of conversion is an inflammatory one in Egypt. Many Egyptian Christians complain of discrimination, Islamic hard-liners oppose any moves that could be seen as encouraging the spread of Christianity.

Hegazy — who has taken the Christian name Beshoy, after an Egyptian monk — said he converted to Christianity nine years ago and began attending church in his hometown of Port Said, a city on Egypt's Suez Canal.

"I started readings and comparative studies in religions," he said. "I found that I am not consistent with Islam teachings. The major issue for me was love. Islam wasn't promoting love as Christianity did."

After his conversion was discovered, police detained him for three days and tortured him, he said. He was harassed several more times, then in 2001 he published a book of poems critical of the security services. He was quickly arrested again and held for three months on suspicion of sedition, disturbing public order and insulting the president, though he was finally released without charge.

Last year, he was finally baptized at a Coptic Orthodox Church, he said. Soon after, he married his wife, a Muslim named Um Hashim Kamel who had converted several years earlier, taking the name Katarina. She too had been ostracized by her family.

He said he wants to officially change his religion on his ID card for two reasons — to set a precedent for other converts and to ensure his child can openly be raised Christian. He wants his child to get a Christian name, birth certificate and eventually marry in a church. That would be impossible if Hegazy's official religion is Muslim, since a child is registered in the religion of the father.

Hegazy's first lawyer, Mamdouh Nakhlah, told the AP he initially accepted the case because of an editorial last month by Egypt's second highest Islamic clerics, the Grand Mufti Ali Gomaa, who wrote against the killing of apostates, saying there is no worldly retribution for Muslims who abandon their religion. [He’s denying his own holy books to deceive Westerners, exactly as Mohammad said “war is deception”]

"The essential question before us is can a person who is Muslim choose a religion other than Islam? The answer is yes," Gomaa, who is Egypt's highest authority for issuing fatwas, wrote in the editorial in The Washington Post. [Pssssst, hey Mufti… you forgot this 3:85, “And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him.” And this, Bukhari Volume 9, Book 84, Number 57: “Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.” And this, 9:29, “Fight against those who believe not in Allâh, nor in the Last Day, nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) ..” Just few examples to refresh your memory Mufti]

Islamic authorities admit: If there is no apostasy law, Muslims will leave Islam

Gomaa's comments were sharply criticized by Muslim conservatives, who said he was opening the door for Muslims to leave their faith. [Now you know what to tell any Muslim barking about the “fastest growing religion scam”]

Still, Nakhlah said he had hoped Gomaa's statement could signal the chance to set a legal precedent. He submitted Hegazy's suit to the courts, but when the uproar in the press, Nakhlah backed out.

"Its very sensitive case and the atmosphere is not suitable," Nakhlah told a press conference in Cairo on Tuesday.

Hegazy's new lawyer, Ramsis el-Nagger, says he had not decided whether to pursue the case and is pessimistic the suit could be won "because of all the conflict" around it.

If the case makes it to court, it is opening an unknown realm of Egyptian law. Earlier this year, a court rejected an attempt by a group of Christians who had converted to Islam but then returned to Christianity and sought to restore their original religion on their ID cards. [What about the “no compulsion..” judge? Muslims are the first people to garbage their own Koran, and then accuse us of not respecting it.]

The judge ruled that the group was treating religion like a "game" and "exploiting religion." When a higher court agreed last month to hear the group's appeal, it raised a new storm of controversy, and the appeals court has yet to rule. [Ooooh no, you’re right judge, Islam is no game. It’s desolation land, like the barren sands of Arabia. As for “exploiting”, that’s the second name of Islam that is only allowed for Muslims.]

Conclusion:

1- The real reason for the Egyptian court to deny Hegazy’s request is,  not to set a legal precedent that would be without the shadow of a doubt the Trojan horse for Islam.

2- From our very reliable sources (churches, ex-Muslim networks, feedbacks, and others), the estimated ex-Muslim converts to Christianity is in excess of two million in Egypt alone, and the momentum is growing.

3- With the millions of Muslims all over the Arab and Islamic world throwing their Islam into the garbage and setting themselves  free from that bloody death cult, never once the media of Islamic countries, and certainly not in Egypt, ever admitted that Muslims run away from Islam. On the contrary, they never ceased from spreading the lies that Christians are converting to Islam in droves. Mohamed Hegazy’s case dynamited the Islamic mountain of lies, propaganda, and false pride. Not only in Egypt, but all over the Arab world. Exposed to the world the deception of the Islamic governments, Egypt in particular, for their total derision of the UN Human Rights Charter. Sent the “no compulsion in religion” and Islamic Takia to the garbage, and broke the sound barrier for the deaf Western Governments parroting the “great and peaceful religion”, by letting them hear the sound of terror imposed by, assumingly, one of their moderate allies (the Egyptian government), letting a young and peaceful couple and their baby be hunted by their Islamic hyenas. Denying them their most basic right to leave a death cult and live a normal life, and by extension encouraging the same terrorism they claim to be innocent of.

4- Thanks to Hegazy, the Egyptian Court and the Islamic authorities rendered the Western world the greatest service by letting everyone know in practice, what to expect from a Shari’a law that CAIR, its ilk’s, and every other Muslim living in the West want to make it the dominant sword over our necks.

5- Hegazy’s case proved to the world that Islamic terror is not the work of a bunch of “religion’s hijackers” but the core of the Islam practiced by Islamic governments- unless Islam itself is nothing more than a hijacking system from top to bottom.

6- Mohamed Hegazy was offered by the government of Italy the right of asylum, but he declared that he would stay in Egypt and fight for his right, and the rights of many others, to leave that death cult and set themselves free, even at the cost of losing his life. By doing so, he showed the Western world that David battling Goliath is not a story of the past, but it’s a reality happening today, and put to shame the Western leaders,  governments, and many people acting like  paper or inflatable giants bowing down and kissing the feet of the same evil Hegazy rejected.

I personally know from facts many Hegazys living in the snakes den, that is the Arab and Islamic dominated countries. Giving us proof every day that there are still people fighting with no fear. For their freedom and refusal to be enslaved, by the most lethal death cult the world has ever known, and without compromising. Knowing that their lives could be the cost, but accepting that price willingly, rather than being enslaved and let a continuous death and terror cult, to be the cost for their living.   

Hegazy served a blow to the Egyptian government and another big gash in the corpse of the beast. Forcing them to expose to the world the deception of their own contradictions “if they open the door, Muslims will leave their faith”, as they said. But how could it be that Muslims have faith in their beliefs, if they would want to leave it as soon the door is open?  Then it’s the door that is great not the religion. This is really great. Now we know what is great in that religion, when there will be no door, it will be the religion of “the great escape.” As It is written, “A fool's mouth is his undoing, and his lips are a snare to his soul… Proverbs 18:7” They know that their door has already a big crack, and they know it’s unfixable  

It’s amazing what Hegazy’s case has achieved regardless of the outcome. And the least we can do is to match his courage. His case, confirmed to us better than all the lectures from experts, pundits and especially presidents, that Muslims in the West, who are offended by almost every aspect of our way of life would be offended just by the fact that we are alive and entitled to have a life.

They are part of the same Umma (Islamic nation). Grew from the same soil, irrigated by the same source, adhering to the same values and beliefs, guided by the same “holy” hateful texts, making the same prayers that curse us every day, listening to the same sermons defaming us, supplications to dominate us, having the same aim to subdue and convert us, same as their Muslim brothers who are denying the basic rights of freedom, and calling for the elimination of Hegazy in Egypt. In other words, cut and chiseled from the same mold.

I remember when France banned the hijab at public schools, a delegation from CAIR went to protest at the French embassy, and Muslims rallied in America and other Western capitals against the French decision. But never in their history have they rallied or protested for the rights of people oppressed by their Muslim brothers, which is not surprising. Actually the day they would do it they won’t be Muslims anymore, since the foundation that paved the way for Islam is the oppression of others.  

Hegazy said he’s fighting for his child not to be enslaved or dominated by Islam. Are you willing to do the same and spare your children from Islam’s lethal danger?
