koran 47:4, "Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers, smite at their necks; at length."
koran 9:29, "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the Religion of Truth, from among the People of the Book."

This is a very special and sad announcement

Nothing shows more the evil of the followers of the butcher of islam than the light of the Martyrs they murder. They expose to the world more than ever, how their death cult is capable of transforming them to a lower level than savage animals, and if we let them, they would transform our world to a jungle, same as they did wherever they had the opportunity.

Kidnapped Iraq archbishop dead: Church officials

Thu Mar 13, 2008 9:57am EDT

MOSUL, Iraq (Reuters) - Paulos Faraj Rahho, the Chaldean Catholic archbishop who was kidnapped in Iraq last month, has been found dead, Church officials in Rome and Baghdad said on Thursday.

It was not clear if he died as a result of his precarious health or if he was killed, Church officials in Rome said.

The Vatican said Pope Benedict was immediately informed and was "profoundly moved and saddened" by the news.

"Archbishop Rahho is dead. We found his lifeless body near Mosul. The kidnappers had buried him," Bishop Shlemon Warduni of Baghdad was quoted as telling SIR, the news agency of the Italian Bishops Conference.

The Chaldean patriarch of Baghdad, Cardinal Emmanuel III Delly, confirmed the news. "Yes, he died," he told Reuters in Baghdad.

SIR quoted Warduni as saying the kidnappers had told Iraqi church officials on Wednesday that Rahho was very ill and, later on Wednesday, that he was dead.

But police in Baghdad said the body appeared to have been dead for at least a week and had started to decompose. They said there were no
bullet wounds and were checking how he died.

The archbishop was wearing black trousers and a blue shirt.

Rahho was seized on February 29 after gunmen attacked his car in eastern Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, killing his driver and two guards.

"This morning they called us to tell us that they had buried him. Some of our young people followed the indications that the kidnappers had given to reach the site," the agency quoted Warduni as saying.

"They dug there and found the bishop lifeless. We still don't know if he died of causes linked to his precarious health or if he was killed. The kidnappers only told us that he was dead," he said.

Chaldeans belong to a branch of the Roman Catholic Church that practices an ancient Eastern rite and form the biggest Christian community in Iraq.

"All of us had continued to pray and hope for his release, which the Pope had repeatedly urged," Vatican spokesman Rev. Federico Lombardi said in a statement shortly after news of the death.

"Unfortunately the most absurd and unjustified violence continues to strike the Iraqi people and particularly the small Christian community," Lombardi said.

"Our hope is that this tragic event will underscore and reinforce everybody's commitment, and particularly that of the international community, to bring peace to this troubled country," he said.

Pope says Iraq archbishop death "inhuman violence"

VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - Pope Benedict on Thursday condemned the death of the kidnapped Chaldean Catholic archbishop in Iraq as "an act of inhuman violence that offends the dignity of the human being".

The Pope made his comments in a telegram sent to Iraqi Catholic Church leaders after the discovery of the body of Paulos Faraj Rahho, who was abducted last month.

"The news of the death of Archbishop Rahho, who was kidnapped a few days ago, is a deep and painful blow to the Holy Father who was informed immediately.

Pope Benedict is "profoundly moved and saddened" by the death of Paulos Faraj Rahho, "All of us had continued to pray and hope for his release, which the Pope had repeatedly urged," Father Federico Lombardi said in a statement shortly after news of the death.

"Unfortunately the most senseless and unjustified violence continues to be inflicted on the Iraqi people, and especially on the small Christian community to which the Pope and all of us are particularly close in prayer and solidarity at this moment of great suffering.

The secret details of the kidnappers demands, according to our contact from the church of Musol:

Two days after the kidnapping of the Archbishop, the terrorists contacted his secretary, and talked to him in a very rough and demeaning way, with lots of insults, asking for a one million dollar ransom, to be paid within 48 hours.

On March the 6th, the terrorists called again and increased the ransom to 2.5 million dollars, while refusing to give any proof of the well being of the Archbishop, and refusing demands from the church leaders to talk to him.

On top of the ransom, the kidnappers submitted three conditions for the church as a contribution to the jihad operations:

1- The church should buy advanced weapons and hide it in churches, considered to be safe hideouts, to make it  available for the use of the Mujahedeen for their holy war against the Americans.

2- Provide Christian volunteers with explosives to be part of suicide operations against the American troops.

3- To pressure the Kurdish authorities to release the jailed mujahedeen under their control.

This is very sad news. My God, these people are merciless. We are dealing with barbarians!

This saddens me but really does not shock me. Isn't it a sad state when things like this happening are not shocking anymore? That it has come to this level of 'normalcy' and 'regularity' for things like this to happen??

The Muslims are only doing what their very holy Bible orders them to do in order to get to have sex with 72 nine year olds once or twice every day - Sex with blood with a crying child, what could be better? Can one carry blood lust too far when it is approved of by the only God in the universe? No, no, my friends. Murder is the order of the day when God's real name is Allah, and His mouth is named Mohammad.

This sad news, and the families of the slain driver and guards...all innocent, but all slain to slake the blood lust of satan and his insane doctrines.
I'm sure satan and his demons are laughing...

the copts should execute 10 of the muslims mullas and loud mothed immans in retalition

No Jim, neither you nor us should never think that way, not even let that thought cross our minds. We would never want to match their darkness, it's neither in our nature, nor it's our belief. But one thing you shouldn't have any doubt about it, and I'm talking from facts that I know, they are self destroying islam, and they're the 1st to know it. Millions of muslims are discovering the truth of that death cult, and leaving islam with such a spead you won't believe and like never before. We know where islam stands on a daily basis, and trust me when i say, islam is bleeding like a fatally wounded beast all over the world. It will never recover, and we are winning. Don't have any doubt about it, this is not wishful thinking.

Well Ibn, even so, many willing Crusaders are waiting for the Pope to say, "Rise, and fight again!"

hal-Remember, this is not for hatreds sake, this is for the sake of the Light and the Truth of G*D. We must contend for the faith, internally by opposing heresy and false teachings, and externally by defending and making safe the innocents.
It must be fought in a righteous manner, though with great seriousness, if we had nipped this in the bud back in the 1940's, after WW2, we would not be in the desperate straits we are in now.
Anger must not turn to rage, or we will become like them! But like a surgeon, we need to be prepared to ruthlessly extract ALL the cancer...and leveling Mecca and Medina must be the final goal. Once the mohammadins see that their false god cannot save himself, and their "prophet" is useless...they will have no choice but to submit to growing up and leaving al'a'alah behind.
Then maybe they will be open to Truth! And their souls may be saved from Hell.
Good morning, G*D bless and Maranatha!

Assalamau Laikum themerrywidow,

I was going to stay out of this thread bacause in my view a great wrong had been done in killing your holy father.

But when you say "leveling Mecca and Medina must be the final goal" then one cannot sit idly by on such comments.

What you are taking about is the days leading up to the final day, and on that day please remember that that battle will not simply be kaffur against Islam....it will be a battle of God vs God too.

Many a time Muhd SAW had said with confidence that on that day Jesus PBUh will side with us muslims (because he is a muslim prophet) and all true muslims buried in the ground will rise too and fight the injustice cause by (trying to) fell Mecca.

Where will you be when you see Jesus PBUh and Muhd PBUH doing a high 5 on that day ...and the West will be godless and alone on the other side.

You spirit and your will to fight will be lost when you realise the bible was a falsehood and that Islam is the only way forward...but don't worry...there will be plenty of spare burkas available for you on that day .....

tmw, It does happen you know that the Catholic Church has saved civilization from Muslim savagery - saved the whole world when the whole civilized world was more than willing to surrender to Muslim rule - noteable among these is the Battle of Leponta when the Pope, all by himself, saved Europe - that is an historical fact which can be easily checked out. By the way, speaking of Catholic superiority, have you seen the extremely Pro-life movie, "Horton Hears a Who?".

hal said:

Naseem, when you write rude things like, "...there will be plenty of spare burkas available for you on that day ....." it just doesn't wash at all! I said I would back you up in your attempt to pretend that you are actually a Muslim, but what ever little sect you are actually from has filled your head with none-sense - I'm not going to play along with you until you learn how to talk like a real Muslim - read up on it! No one is going to believe that you are a Muslim because you are so ignorant of the religion! Of all things to say! "...there will be plenty of spare burkas available for you on that day ....." Calling the man a queer! No real Muslim would act THAT rudely - get real! You are on your own now until you learn how to act like a Muslim, I suggest you read the Koran all the way through just once! You are so totally unconvincing.

Oboma the apostate is gone now - Pastor Wright, his best friend and mentor for 20 years and more, is a jew hater and an outstanding hater of rich white Americans, and, unfortunately, has said other dumb things - so, Hillary is going to be our new President! She, a free marketer, like Bill, will make money as tight as she can get away with, and increase immigration. We, will be changed. In the meantime, Bush will do anything to get the economy out of the sewer - including increasing immigration, and borrowing more money from you know who - so get ready for low interest rates, and big troubles there after from manny immigrants grown angry at how stupid and evil we Americans are compared to the members of the superior people who swear by the koran.

It's sad very sad, you have a peaceful Christian Bishop living in today's world versus the muslim extremists still living in midevil times. As long as the leaders of the muslim/islamofacists movement/sect keep preaching their hate of "non-believers" stability will never come to the middle east. Amazing, this from a religion created in 625AD.

This story sounds convincingly! I agree with you in this case.

Looks perfectly straight to me. Of course, I'm also the type of person who allegedly [ahem! allegedly] agree with everything.
